If you want to learn how to run a Mobile Home Park sit down and strap in because Mobile Home Park management can be one of the most challenging forms of property management. Because you often don’t own the homes that … Or sitting on the land. You are often dealing with tenants who may have tough credit situations or who may not have a great rental history. My family has three generations in the mobile home and RV park business and I can tell you that there’s a way to do it that can be very stressful. There’s a way to do it that may not be as profitable as it could be and then there’s another way to do it. The real trick is how you manage the park, who you put into the park and how you attract people to the park. If you can get those components right it can really be a great experience and it can be very profitable in terms of the amount of money that a park can generate.
