If you want to learn how to run a Mobile Home Park sit down and strap in because Mobile Home Park management can be one of the most challenging forms of property management. Because you often don’t own the homes that … Or sitting on the land. You are often dealing with tenants who may have tough credit situations or who may not have a great rental history. Yet, you still have to run the park in a way that maximizes profitability and hopefully you run in a way that reduces the amount of stress that you have to deal with.

My family has three generations in the mobile home and RV park business and I can tell you that there’s a way to do it that can be very stressful. There’s a way to do it that may not be as profitable as it could be and then there’s another way to do it. A way where it’s an enjoyable business, it’s a profitable business, you know how to deal with tenants, you know how to attract the right tenants, you know how to advertise to them, to market to them, to qualify them.

You know how to deal with all the situations that come up and it really is the difference between a great business and a business that’s really challenging. We went through the really challenging part for a long time. We were doing it by trial and error before we develop all of these processes and the paperwork and learn what to say and how to say it. If you’re not in the business, I don’t want to scare you away from it because it’s a great business when you know what you’re doing and you know how to do it.

The real trick is how you manage the park, who you put into the park and how you attract people to the park. If you can get those components right it can really be a great experience and it can be very profitable in terms of the amount of money that a park can generate. If you are a mobile home park owner who is looking at managing your own park or if you want to hire a property manager. Then I encourage you to check out MobileHomeParkClassroom.com.

It is probably the most comprehensive course that you can find that you can just plug your property manager straight into or that you can go to to find the documents you need, the templates that you need, the answers that you need. To find role play videos that will show you exactly what to do and what to say. To rent spaces, to tour the homes, if you any park on homes, to rent spaces, to sign people up, to deal with the different issues that come up.

We really found that this … Doing these things made the difference between a high stressed park that resulted in us getting a lot of phone calls at night and having to go down and deal with just rough situations or having to go in after hiring the wrong property manager and clean everything up.

To having park just really well and that are kind of a joy to own and that throw off a good amount of cash and at the same time or assets that become more and more valuable by the nature of how we run them and who we put into the parks. If you’re a property manager who is looking to have a more enjoyable experience running a park then I’d also encourage you to checkout MobileHOmeParkClassroom.com.
